SOFT SKILLS

From 2014 to 2018 MicrobEco organised practical courses for students and researchers to improve the so called soft skills.

Soft skills are additional qualities not specifically related to science;however, having them effectively increases the “employability” rate within and beyond academy. Ability to communicate clearly, to work in teams, to manage time effectively, to respect scientific integrity and avoid plagiarism are some examples of soft skills.  This type  of courses are now available on line on several educational platforms.

However, MicrobEco is good to integrate those skills in hands-on training scientific courses: the better way to learn a skill is practising!
